Benton has grown a great deal and the work reflects it. There is established older housing near downtown and a steady supply of newer subdivision homes further out, and the two produce very different jobs.
What we see in Benton
Around the older parts of Benton we see wood siding, original trim and the prep-heavy exterior work that goes with them: scraping, spot-priming bare wood, and rebuilding caulk lines that have failed. In the newer subdivisions the exteriors are usually in better shape and the work is more often interior, whether that is a repaint after buying, an accent wall, or drywall finishing in a bonus room or garage conversion.
