Repainting the inside of a house is disruptive whether it takes two days or two weeks. Furniture moves, rooms go out of service, and somebody has to live around the work. The way we keep that manageable is simple: we tell you exactly which rooms we are in on which days, we protect everything before a single can is opened, and we put the room back together before we leave.
What an interior job actually involves
Most of the value in an interior paint job is invisible once it is finished. Before any color goes up we move and cover furniture, mask floors and fixtures, fill nail holes and dents, sand the patches flush, caulk the gaps where trim meets wall, and spot-prime anything that would otherwise bleed through. Walls that have been patched or have water staining get primed properly rather than buried under an extra coat of finish paint.
Then we cut in the edges by hand and roll the fields, usually two coats, with the paint thinned only as far as the manufacturer allows. Rushing coverage is the fastest way to get a finish that flashes in the light or burnishes when you wipe it down a year later.

Picking a color you will still like
Paint looks different in an Arkansas living room at four in the afternoon than it does on a chip under fluorescent light at the store. We will bring samples, put them on your actual wall, and let you look at them across a full day before anything is ordered. If you want a starting point we are happy to give one, but the color is your call and we would rather spend an extra day getting it right than repaint a room that never sat well with you.
What it costs and how long it takes
Interior pricing comes down to square footage, ceiling height, how much prep the walls need, and how many colors are involved. A single bedroom is usually a one-day job. A whole-house repaint on an average Central Arkansas home typically runs several days to a week and a half. We give you a written estimate after walking the space, and the number we quote is the number you pay unless you ask us to add work.
