Painting a business is a different problem to painting a house. The building has to keep operating, the work often has to happen outside trading hours, and the finish has to survive far more traffic than a living room ever sees. We schedule commercial work around your hours and we stage it so you are never fully shut down.
Properties we work on
- Offices, professional suites and reception areas
- Retail storefronts and showrooms
- Restaurants, cafes and bars
- Salons, studios and clinics
- Warehouses, workshops and light industrial space
- Apartment and rental property turnovers
- Common areas, corridors, stairwells and lobbies
After-hours and phased work
Most of our commercial jobs run evenings, overnight or across a weekend. Where that is not practical we phase the work so the building stays usable: one floor or one section at a time, fully sealed off from the areas still in use, with everything cleaned and reset before you open. We will agree the sequence and the access arrangements in writing before we start so there are no surprises about who is in the building when.
Finishes that survive traffic
Commercial spaces need coatings chosen for cleanability and abrasion resistance, not just for color. Corridors and stairwells take constant contact. Kitchens and treatment rooms need something that tolerates repeated cleaning. Specifying a residential-grade product in a high-traffic commercial space is a false economy that shows within a year, so we quote the finish the space actually needs and explain why.
Property managers and repeat work
We handle rental turnovers and multi-unit work on a recurring basis. If you manage property, having one crew who already knows your color schedule and your standard finishes makes turnover faster every time. Call (501) 453-3565 to talk about your property.
